£50 inc materials – FULLY BOOKED
The most painterly method of printing – no two prints are alike. Although mono suggest one, a number of prints can be pulled from a single plate.  Monotype’s appeal lies in the quality of light created by its unique translucency, as well as its spontaneity.
Use a variety of plates and methods to achieve a collection of individual prints on the day. Drawing/painting skills are not essential to producing stunning results.
nb. Printing materials are provided, however students will need to bring a roll of parchment paper, found objects (eg. leaves, grasses, paper shapes, flat metal or wooden objects no more than 1-2mm in thickness), watercolour paper (min. 250gsm) and an apron or old clothes.
