If you would like to exhibit in the gallery you should send a proposal (CV, a brief description of exhibition and colour images) to the gallery coordinator. All proposals are reviewed by a panel of Trustees. A stamped addressed envelope must be included if you wish your materials to be returned.

Exhibitions are for a minimum of two weeks. Rental includes stewarding by the Courtyard. £25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure dates with the balance due one month in advance of exhibition start date. Courtyard takes a 25% commission on all sales and a balance of sales payment is made to the artist within one month of the exhibitions closure.

Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and to 5pm late night Fridays.

Courtyard provides exhibitors support with  local publicity. Members receive quarterly mailings detailing dates of forthcoming exhibitions. The Courtyard also has a regular slot in local press outlets. Exhibitions are also listed in the nationally distributed Artists Newsletter and regional outlets including The Sticks and East Herts Leisure Guide.
