Herts Basketry provides opportunities to share ideas, experience and knowledge to promote the art of basketry. Our interest is in traditional and contemporary basketry techniques using a variety of natural, man-made and recycled materials including willow, rush, paper and twine. We have more than forty members with different interests, ranging from traditional basketry to contemporary three-dimensional textiles.
