Description
Sunday 12th July
9:30 – 12:30
In this workshop we will focus on the beauty and delicacy of watercolour through its transparent nature and colour palette from soft hints of colour through to strong, bold statements.
We will use landscape as our subject and apply the paint in pale and delicate layers evoking the far landscape and move to progressively stronger colours defining the mid and near detail as often seen.
Reference for this workshop can be either illustrative or photographic as included or imaginative, the choice being your own.
If you wish to work from photographs please bring them along preferably on a phone or tablet in order to explore them to better effect
