Welcome to this one day course in printmaking which will run from 10:00am to 4:00pm with refreshment and a lunch break. Teas and coffee along with snacks are available for purchase but please bring along your own lunch.
The day will include relief and intaglio print processes that will lead onto Lino printing and drypoint processes. We will use printer’s ink and learn the correct process for these wonderfully versatile printing techniques and use the professional printing presses.
You will need to bring along a roll of greaseproof paper in order to safely transport your work home in. Aprons are available but if you have an apron or art shirt bring along.

Requirements
All basic materials are included but please bring: Greaseproof paper/ baking parchment and an A3 portfolio or two pieces of card taped together to be able to transport your wet prints home. If you can: Please bring along a sketchbook or notebook with some inspiration images these can be drawings or photographs. HB pencil.
