Discover the wonderful world of printmaking in our fully equipped studio. Over the 2 days, you will be using oil based inks and a screw down press to produce vibrant reduction Lino prints.
You can bring your own image from a photo or drawing maximum size A5. You will be guided by the tutor to be able to transfer your image on to the Lino plate, and learn registration methods to be able to print at least two colours from your plate.
Experience
Suitable for all adults, including experienced print makers and those with no print experience.
Requirements
All print materials for the day will be supplied.
Please bring:
An Apron or shirt to protect your clothes
A portfolio or a plastic bag with a piece of cardboard in it to keep your prints flat during transportation.
A roll of baking parchment
Pencil and ruler
An image to a maximum of A5
